Heir Ceramics sells handmade pieces; small variations in shape, glaze, and size are part of the work and are not defects. Prices include VAT. Orders are confirmed by email after payment. Portuguese consumer law applies. Complaints may be filed in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.
